Core Vitality Restored!

In 2004, after suffering the long and painful degeneration of both my hips, due to displacia, I underwent double hip replacement surgeries. (One at the beginning and the other in the middle of the year.) The surgeries were wonderfully successful, finally I was out of physical pain! But recovering from the stress of them breaking down, under less than perfect circumstances, was another hurdle altogether.

Life in the disabled zone took it's toll, my hair was falling out like the falling leaves and my system was exhausted from years of stress. And adding to the stress was the fact that I had gained weight, due to my immobility; I gained nearly a hundred pounds. And although I was working with an Ayurvedic Practitioner to manage it, what I needed was nothing short of a miracle to regain my health and vitality.

In the summer of 2009 I found it, my miracle! I was introduced to a product with minerals from prehistoric plant life, I called it Red Rock Minerals. In Sept. of 2009 I began a 60 day
detoxification regime. I drank only the best water I could find, ate brown rice and vegitables with small amounts of fish or fowl, and I took two oz. of Red Rock Minerals three times a day. In the first month what occurred was a detox from sugar and complex carbohydrates, on a deep cellular level. In this month I rested a lot, as my body was releasing stress and toxins.

But in the second month I began to feel it, my core vitality began to wake up! My hair started to regain it's luster and body, and I was loosing less of it. And by about the fifty eighth day of the regimen I was taking two walks a day on the beach across the street from me! I could finally begin to see my way back to health at last!

I've lost 35 lbs. and my goal is to be thinner than before, 130 - 135.
